How often will my trunks come/ are you subscription based?
There’s no commitment! We are completely subscription free, and your stylist will never send a trunk over to you before confirming that you want to receive it.
When do I pay?
One or two days after your box is collected or dropped off, we receive your trunk back at our warehouse and take a look at which items you decided to keep. We then bill the card we have on file for you appropriately!
How do I return my trunk?
We offer free delivery and collection on all of our trunks via DPD. If you would prefer to drop off your box, we are also partnered with Collect+.

What happens in the background?
After your consultation, our stylists curate outfits based on your fit and style using our custom built shop before sending their selection to our warehouse. Here the product is picked, packed and shipped to you in one of our signature trunks!
I just need a new pair of jeans, not a whole box! Can you help me?
Tell your stylist! We can send you a new pair of your favourite, tried and tested jeans, or a selection of different brands and fits if you’re looking for something new! You determine the box size so whether you’re looking for whole new look or just need a new pair of pants, we have you covered.
How will my stylist contact me, and how often?
Your stylist will initially make contact via Phone or Email for your first Style Consultation. Following this they will discuss the best means to communicate with you going forward, whether this be text, WhatsApp, video chat or if you’re local to one of our offices, in person! They will be in touch as often as you like. This could be once a week or twice a year, or if they see something that they think is going to be perfect for you!
