If you would prefer your box were collected from the delivery address, get in touch with your stylist or Chapar Concierge and let them know which weekday you would like collection arranged for. DPD will text you a time slot once the driver has planned his route. Simple!
Your trunk will arrive with a prepaid Collect+ form enclosed. After you’re done trying everything on seal the box with any unwanted items inside using the adhesive strip on the trunk lid. Attach the Collect+ form to the outside of the box.
All you need to do now is find your nearest Collect+ point, take your trunk there and drop it off. Be sure to get a receipt! If you want to be extra safe, snap a picture of it and send the tracking code to your stylist.
Based in Ireland? Using the same process as Collect+, drop off your trunk at your nearest Parcel Motel and they will redirect to Collect+ for you!
